The Strata Corporation engages <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gov.bc.ca\/gov\/content\/housing-tenancy\/strata-housing\/operating-a-strata\/roles-and-responsibilities\/strata-property-managers\">a management company<\/a> to undertake specific duties and responsibilities carried out by the Strata Manager, at\u00a0the direction of Council. Decisions are made at Council meetings by majority vote unless emergency. On the site front, a\u00a0 caretaker has been hired to provide specific cleaning and caretaking duties onsite.
